Here we have compiled information about, among other things, payment, delivery, and the right of withdrawal. All to make your purchase as simple, safe, and smooth as possible. We are constantly working to develop our range with regard to quality, design, and sustainability. Are you missing a product in our webshop or do you have an idea on how we can develop existing products? Then you are more than welcome to contact our support so we can take this into account for future products.
RULES & CONDITIONS
This website www.rxperformance.se ("Website") is operated by Rx Performance AB VAT SE559263891901 (referred to as RXPERFMNCE / we / our / us). These general terms and conditions apply to all use of the website and webshop. RXPERFRMNCE reserves the right to change the terms over time. The current version of the general terms and conditions is the one available on the website.

All content on the website and webshop, including patterns, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images, and film, is the intellectual property of RXPERFMNCE or its content providers, and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed, or otherwise indicated on the website are owned by their respective owners. The website and webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Nothing on the Website or Webshop should be interpreted as implicitly, unfairly, or unlawfully granting anyone a license or right to use material found on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party who may own the rights to the material displayed on the website. The Webshop and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including regarding suitability for a particular purpose and the webshop's operation or content. RXPERFMNCE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. RXPERFMNCE disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Webshop.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in the original packaging.
PURCHASE
For orders placed over the Internet, the purchase agreement applies only when you have received an order confirmation from RXPERFMNCE via email. The confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation, if something is wrong, or if you want to change your order, please contact us.
To shop at Rxperformance.se you must be 18 years old or have parental consent.
At checkout, you have the option to accept offers from us. You can revoke your consent at any time by following the link available in every email or SMS.
PRICES
All prices listed on the website include Swedish VAT at 25%. Fees and taxes may be charged by authorities in the recipient country depending on that country's legislation. Such fees must be paid by the customer. RXPERFMNCE cannot inform the customer about these fees as the customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees.
We reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices at any time.
STOCK & PRODUCTS
Stock balances are continuously updated on the website. Once you have proceeded to checkout, your item is reserved for 10 minutes. We reserve the right for any stock errors. We may recall an item at any time if we consider it necessary.
Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of products shown on the website depend on several factors, such as your screen settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included in the product on the product page.
WHAT IS DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 12:00 on a weekday, it will be shipped from our warehouse the same day! Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high sales and around holidays.
At checkout, you can see exactly which prices and delivery methods apply to your order.
RETURNS
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the product or products you purchase from us. If you order from the website, you have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of your reason, within 30 days after receiving the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back to us.
You must send the product without unnecessary delay, and in any case no later than 30 days after receiving your order. When items are returned, the shipping fee is 69 SEK, but for size exchanges, shipping is free. Please note that all products returned must be in original condition for a full refund, including tags, bags, and boxes, etc. Also include your order confirmation and information about the change/return in the package back to us.
Please note that exchanges only apply if you want to exchange for another color or size of the same model. Exchanges for another model are handled as a return. Please note that we reserve the right for final sale of desired items during an exchange. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will refund you.
If you still want the item, you are welcome to order it again when it is back in stock.
To make a return or exchange, register a case in our return portal.
In case of a return, we will charge 69 SEK in connection with the refund of your item(s). If you return 8 garments or more, the return fee is instead 99 SEK.
For returns outside Sweden, a return fee of 10 euros applies. For returns from Denmark, a return fee of 69 DKK applies.
When will I receive my refund?

The time for a refund depends on how long it takes for the return to reach our warehouse. Once the item has reached our warehouse, it takes up to 7 business days before it is processed and the refund is issued.
Important to keep in mind:
Always keep receipts for the return, as we may need to see them as part of your return request. We only refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have used a gift card to pay for all or part of your order, the refund will first be made to the gift card.
MISTAKES
Mistakes sometimes happen due to human error or other issues, for example regarding price or product information. If a mistake occurs, we will of course do our best to try to correct it as soon as possible. We have extensive experience with satisfied customers since we started, and this is something we always place great importance on. At RXPERFMNCE, we strive for you to be truly satisfied with your purchase.
Do you want to make a complaint about a product?
If you need to make a complaint about a product because it is damaged or because you received the wrong product(s), we ask you to contact us as soon as you notice the error. Contact us through the return portal.
Please include a brief description of the case, the order number, and the name of the product you wish to complain about. Attach a photo of the product
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the damage is discovered, which according to the Consumer Purchase Act is within two months. The damage must be a manufacturing defect and not wear and tear. For example, a hole in the middle of a garment is not a manufacturing defect but wear and tear. Before the garment is sent back, it is important that it is washed if it has been used.
If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be done, a refund will be made instead. We always try to come up with creative solutions to ensure that our customers are as satisfied as possible.
PERSONAL DATA
When you shop with us, you agree that RXPERFMNCE stores and uses your data; we do this to be able to process and deliver your order and to allow you as a customer to receive our news/offers in the form of newsletters. With the help of your personal data, we may check your credit status and your address. The data we collect is not in any public registers and is therefore not visible to other private individuals or companies. Under no circumstances will we sell or transfer your personal data to anyone else.
GDPR gives you the right to request an extract of the information registered about you.
If any information is misleading, incomplete, or incorrect, we will of course correct it if/when you inform us. You can also request that the information about you be deleted.
SECURITY
RXPERFMNCE performs serious and ambitious work with security and we continuously upgrade and update our systems to maintain this website as a safe place for our customers. Any attempts to use false or stolen credit card information, access another person's purchase account, or other criminal activities will be reported to the police authorities. We track IP addresses to be able to use them in criminal investigations and proceedings.
FORCE MAJEURE
If RXPERFMNCE does not fulfill its obligations under these General Terms due to unusual negative circumstances beyond our control, RXPERFMNCE cannot be held liable. Examples of such may be war, civil war, revolution, riots, government actions, strike, lockout, blockade, power outage, telephone or internet service failure, natural disasters, or similar events.
DISPUTES
We do our best to satisfy all our customers. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase. If there is something we cannot resolve, we recommend that you file a complaint with the National Board for Consumer Disputes for an independent investigation. We follow up on all cases.
