Here we have compiled information about, among other things, payment, delivery and right of withdrawal. Everything to make your purchase as simple, safe and smooth as possible. We are constantly working to develop our range with regard to quality, design and durability. Are you missing a product in our webshop or do you have an idea on how we can develop existing products? This website www.rxperformance.se ("Website") is operated by Rx Performance AB VAT SE559263891901 (called RXPERFMNCE / we / our / us) . These general conditions apply to all use of the website and webshop. RXPERFRMNCE reserves the right to change the terms from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those available on the website.
All content on the website and online shop, including designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and video, are the intellectual property rights of RXPERFMNCE or its content suppliers and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise indicated on the website are the property of their respective owner. The website and the webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Nothing contained on the Website or the Webshop should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party who may own the rights to the material displayed on the website. The Webshop and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the operation or content of the Webshop. RXPERFMNCE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. When ordering over the Internet, the purchase agreement only applies when you have received an order confirmation from RXPERFMNCE via e-mail. The confirmation takes place no later than 24 hours after the order is received. If you do not receive confirmation, if something is wrong or if you want to change your order, please contact us.
To shop at Rxperformance.se, you need to be 18 years old or have a guardian's consent.
At checkout, you get the choice to accept offers from us. You can cancel at any time by following the link available in each email or SMS.
Payment is via Klarna and the following payment methods are offered:

All prices stated on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25%. Fees and taxes may be levied by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation of that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. RXPERFMNCE cannot inform the customer of these fees as the customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees.
We reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices at any time.
Returns on offers
If you choose to return parts of a promotional order, the discount will no longer apply.
A promotional order can, for example, be a discount code or a temporary sale. The offer is considered used when the order is placed and cannot be reused.
Stock balances are continuously updated on the website. When you have gone to the checkout, your item is reserved for 10 minutes. We reserve the right for possible balance errors. We may recall an item at any time if we deem it necessary.
Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Please be aware that the colors of items displayed on the website depend on several factors, such as your monitor settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included in the product on the product page.
All prices are listed excluding shipping costs. The shipping cost is added to the price and paid by the customer. The shipping cost is notified when ordering.
Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 12.00 on a weekday, it will be shipped from our warehouse the same day! Remember that the delivery time may be longer during periods of high sales and in connection with holidays.
In the checkout you will see exactly which prices and delivery methods apply to your particular order.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the product or products you purchase from us. If you order from the website, you have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of your reason, within 30 days after receiving the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back to us.
You must send the product without undue delay, and in any case no later than 30 days after receiving your order. When goods are returned, the shipping fee is 69 SEK, but for size exchanges, shipping is free. Please note that all products returned must be in original condition for a full refund, including tags, bags, and boxes, etc. Also include your order confirmation and information about the change/return in the package back to us.
Please note that exchanges only apply if you want to exchange for another color or size of the same model. When exchanging for another model, the case is handled as a return. Please note that we reserve the right for final sale of desired items in an exchange. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will refund you.
If you still want the item, you are welcome to order it again when it is back in stock.
To make a return or exchange, register a case in our return portal.
In case of a return, we will charge 69 SEK in connection with the refund of your item(s). If you return 8 garments or more, the return fee is instead 99 SEK.
For returns outside Sweden, a return fee of 15 euros applies. For returns from Denmark, a return fee of 69 DKK applies, and for Finland, 10 euros.
At the moment, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange size or color if you live outside Sweden. If you want to make an exchange, you need to return the item and then order a new one.
If you wish to receive a refund as a gift card, the return fee is instead 10 euros. This option is recommended if you want to order another item.
Alternatively, you can send your return to us via your own return option.
Please keep your return receipt until we have confirmed that we have received your return.

The right of return does not apply to fully or partially used gift cards.
Uncollected packages
For packages not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 69 SEK.
This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.
GOOD TO KNOWS...
Keep any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return query. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse.
Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
Mistakes sometimes occur through the human factor or other errors, for example current price or product information. If a mistake occurs, we will of course do our best to try to correct it as soon as possible. We have extensive experience with satisfied customers ever since we started and it is something that we always attach great importance to. All of us at RXPERFMNCE strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Do you want to complain about a product?
If you need to advertise/complain about a product because it is damaged or because you received the wrong product/products, please contact us as soon as you discover the error. Contact us through the returns portal.
Then include a brief description of the case, order number and the name of the product you wish to advertise. Attach a photo of the product
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the damage is discovered, which according to the Consumer Purchase Act is within two months. The damage must be a production fault and no damage from wear and tear. A hole in the middle of a garment, for example, is not a production defect but a wear and tear damage. Before sending the garment back, it is important that it is washed, if it has been used.
If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be carried out, a refund will be made instead. We always try to come up with creative solutions to make sure our customers are as satisfied as possible.
When you shop with us, you agree that RXPERFMNCE stores and uses your data, we do this in order to be able to manage and deliver your order and to be able to let you as a customer take part in our news/offers in the form of newsletters. With the help of your personal data, we can check your credit status and your address. The data we collect is not in any public registers and is therefore not visible to other private individuals or companies. We will not under any circumstances sell or transfer your personal data to anyone else.
The GDPR gives you the right to request extracts of the information recorded about you.
If any information is misleading, incomplete or incorrect, we will of course correct it if/when you inform us. You can also request that the information about you be deleted.
RXPERFMNCE carries out serious and ambitious work on security and we upgrade and update our systems continuously to maintain this website a safe place for our customers. Any attempt to use false or stolen credit card information, access another person's purchase account, or other criminal activity will be reported to law enforcement authorities. We track IP addresses in order to use them in criminal investigations and proceedings.
If RXPERFMNCE fails to comply with its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions due to unusual adverse circumstances beyond our control, RXPERFMNCE cannot be held responsible. Examples of such may be war, civil war, revolution, riot, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, power outage, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
We do our best to make all our customers happy. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase. If there is something we cannot resolve, we recommend that you make a complaint to the General Complaints Board for an independent investigation. We proceed with all cases.
