Exchanges only apply if you want to change to another color and/or size of the same model. When changing to another model, the case is handled as a return.

Before making an exchange, please read our exchange policy. 

Contact customer service and let them know you want to make an exchange. You will then receive a bill of exchange to fill in and put in the package. Pack the package well, preferably in the original packaging and include the exchange note. The product must be unused with all tags and labels remaining. Please note if the garment is not fully salable an additional charge for lost value will be made. Stick on the enclosed return shipping slip and leave at the nearest agent. Clear! As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will send out your new products.

Payment takes place via Klarna, which offers the following payment methods:

- Invoice, get paid first then
- Pay directly via your bank with bankID
- Pay by card
- Split your payment

The fact that a discount code does not work can be due to the following things:

- Discount codes cannot be combined and you can therefore only use one discount at a time.
- You cannot use a discount code on already reduced items
- If an old discount code remains and you want to change, you need to clear cookies/history and then reload the page

- Don't forget to press the box with "OK" to activate your discount code

- You may have ended up on a page for a country where your code is not active. Double check that you have selected the correct country in the country selector that you will find in the menu on the left
