Welcome to an exclusive RX Girls Camp with our athletes Hedda & Linnea.

 During this training session, you will have the chance to develop your weightlifting, gymnastics, and technique through coaching, practical exercises, and valuable tips from two experienced athletes.

 The camp suits all levels — whether you are relatively new to CrossFit or want to refine your technique and take your training to the next level.

 This is also a perfect opportunity to train together with other girls in an inspiring and supportive environment.
